We want you to love your sustainable hosiery, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, opened or tried-on stockings cannot be returned.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unopened products in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest carrier drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
